When I make art I concentrate on all my surroundings and my thoughts, because it gives me better ideas and helps inspire me. I also like to listen to music, because sometimes the lyrics to the songs give me an idea. I never really plan out what I'm going to do, it usually just pops in my head while I'm in the middle, so my thought from the start is completely different than my thought from the end. I like to try out different art methods and media to see what my skills are stronger in. What inspires me to do art is youth culture and the surrealist movement. I like using mixed media because when you add different media to your art, it gives it different effects, and helps bring out more than just one area of the art, and may send out a different message.
