This was my first time doing a landscape oil painting. Originally I thought it would be difficult, trying to capture all the finest details of the scenery, but as the work progressed, I found myself applying a really loose style. I really enjoyed using loose brush strokes to recreate this scenery because it makes everything feel more natural, and filled with my own interpretation of the beauty of this landscape!
