:: Schedule of 2009-2010 Board Meetings The Board generally meets on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month during the school year. These public meetings commence at 6:00 p.m. and are held in McCauley Chambers at the Centre for Education. The board meeting agenda and copies of the reports (in .pdf format) are posted by 5:30 p.m. the Friday afternoon before a board meeting on the following page: Board Meeting Agenda and Reports. You may also access previous board meeting agendas, reports and minutes at the page above. Conference Committee Meetings The Board meets in closed session on the first Tuesday of the month to deal with personnel matters, discipline, property acquisitions, or legal issues. Conference Committee recommendations are reported at public board meetings. Audit Committee Meeting The Board meets twice in closed sessions to appoint an external auditor and to review the completed audit. Audit Committee recommendations are reported at public board meetings. Other business Trustees sit on a number of standing and ad hoc committees to carry out the Board's work and responsibilities. Primary areas of focus include negotiations and grievances involving staff groups, evaluating District results, priority and policy setting, and budget review.
