Duties include operation and maintenance of heating and mechanical equipment and providing assistance with cleaning.

Hours of work:  6:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. (Monday - Friday)

Requirements:  4th Class Power Engineering Certificate or Building Operator "A" certificate (a copy of current certificate must be included with application), related custodial training, two years related experience, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Rate of pay:  $23.50 per hour. An excellent benefits package is provided.
