Archives and Museum - Provides history-based school programs and archival services. Located in historic McKay Avenue School. Museum displays throughout. Open to the public.
Bennett Environmental Education Centre - Day and overnight field trips, including accommodations, presenting topics that tie into the curriculum.
Budget Services - assists the board, schools and central departments in the allocation of resources, and process for the development, review, approval and amendment of budget plans.
Communications - Experts in graphic and website design, media relations, marketing and writing.
Consulting Services - We provide professional advice, assistance and support to administrators, teachers and support staff like you.
Curriculum - Provide curricular information and support.
Distribution Centre - Ordering and product evaluation information for our General Supplies catalogue and the Teachers' Book Depository.
EnviroMatters - EnviroMatters is an initiative to report on past, present, and future district environmental initiatives, examine the environmental impact of schools and services upon their communities and recommend best practices to reduce environmental impacts.
Facilities Services - Provides maintenance and construction support to schools so that students, staff and the community have an optimal learning environment.
Foundation (Edmonton Public Schools Foundation) - Edmonton Public Schools Foundation explores new ways of supporting student achievement and enhancing the teaching and learning that occurs in the classroom.
Information Technology Services - Implements solid technological solutions in the school office and in the hands of classroom teachers.
Leadership Services - Leadership Services provides advice, mediation, coaching, training and proactive planning to support schools, parents, community members and other educational and other educational partners.
Metro Continuing Education - Customized training for professional development in areas such as computers, first aid and occupational health and safety.
Planning - Supports teaching and learning by providing students with access to quality learning environments and program choices.
Printing Services - Large volume printing, folding, binding, shrink-wrapping and overhead production.
Programs - Supports alternative programming and monitors and compiles reports to Alberta Education.
Purchasing and Contract Services - Vendors can complete an on-line vendor application form and pre-qualify with the district. Once this is done, proposals and quotations will be accepted.
Research Support Services - Provides information to individuals interested in conducting research within Edmonton Public Schools.
Resource Development Services - Develops quality, curriculum-aligned resources for teachers, students and parents.
Student Transportation - Provides transportation to designated schools.
Study Buddy - A volunteer tutoring program offered jointly by Edmonton Catholic and Edmonton Public Schools
Teachers' Book Depository - Large selection of teacher resource materials and children's books unequalled anywhere in Western Canada, featuring over 30,000 titles.
The Institute for Innovation in Second Languages Education - IISLE at Edmonton Public Schools is the first comprehensive institute of its kind in North America, housed within a public school board, to support the development and promotion of excellence in second language education.
