  1. Up to three school professional development days per year may be held with the approval of the principal for the purpose of furthering the district's and school's goals and priorities.

  2. The principal shall inform the Superintendent and Edmonton Public Schools' Transportation office a minimum of six weeks in advance of a professional development day.

  3. School professional development days may not be held on days that would extend vacation periods.
