Board Policies and Regulations

1. A principal who receives a written notification regarding a proposed home education program shall ensure that all of the board's obligations arising from the School Act, and regulations enacted pursuant to the School Act, are fulfilled.

2. Parents choosing to home educate their child are to be offered the opportunity to use the resources and facilities of the district where appropriate.
