Purchasing and Contract Services

Purchasing and Contract Services (PCS) manages our Division's purchasing of goods, services and construction. PCS ensures:

  • transparency and accountability in purchasing
  • maximum value for money spent
  • competitive purchasing whenever possible
  • fair, transparent and open competition with no preferential treatment
  • ethical award decisions
  • compliance with appropriate policies, regulations, legislation and trade agreement obligations
