News item: Planning for job skills in high school

High school course planning can open doors to hands-on learning, and help students explore their interests while preparing for their next steps.

Junior high students interested in making space for career exploration training and opportunities are invited to an online information session about planning for high school.

  • develop employability skills
  • gain hands-on experience
  • earn industry credentials
  • prepare for post-secondary

Learn more about a powerful mix of post-secondary learning and practical training available to high school students through:

  • Campus EPSB options
  • post-secondary dual credit courses
  • the Registered Apprenticeship Program (RAP)
  • the Skilled Trades and Technology Collegiate

Attend the online meeting

Junior high students, along with their parents and guardians, can attend the online information session on Wednesday, February 25, 2026 from 6–6:30 p.m. to learn more from Skilled Trades and Technology Collegiate staff.
