Learn about Pre-Kindergarten eligibility and enrolment

Do you have a child 2 to 4 years old who may need extra support before starting Kindergarten? If your child was born in 2022 or 2023, they might be eligible to attend Pre-Kindergarten this coming school year.

Pre-Kindergarten is for children with high support needs. The program builds children’s strengths and skills through play in a language-rich environment.

Pre-Kindergarten supports children to express themselves and engage in problem-solving through play-based experiences that help communication and motor development. This environment supports:

a love of learning
