Ward: C Term: 2025 to 2029

Holly Nichol is committed to community, advocacy and public education. 

With 15 years of experience in post-secondary education, a background in labour and a Bachelor of Arts in Law, Holly brings a thoughtful, informed perspective to her role. She has also been an active contributor to both her local community league and school council. She believes public education is the foundation of opportunity and that it must be protected and strengthened for future generations.

As a mother of two students at Edmonton Public Schools and the wife of a retired Army veteran, Holly understands the importance of community, collaboration and standing up for what’s right. She is focused on finding collaborative solutions to current challenges in the Division, such as the need for more schools, adequate funding, and improved learning conditions for all students and staff. 

Holly is excited to serve the families and constituents of Ward C and eager to work alongside the newly elected board in shaping an optimistic future for public education over the next four years.
